Privacy Policy

How information is handled when you visit this website or contact VinyaSutra. Updated 25 September 2026.

Who we are

VinyaSutra provides business systems design and implementation from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. This policy covers the public marketing website and consultation enquiries.

Consultation enquiries through Google Forms

Consultation links open the Google Form in a new tab. The website does not collect enquiry answers itself; the information you submit goes to Google Forms.

The information collected is the information you submit in the form’s visible fields. The consultation form asks for your name, business or venture name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business stage and type, the work you want to build or improve, a description of your requirement, an approximate budget, meeting preference and consent to be contacted. An in-person meeting preference also asks for your city. Team size, a current or expected monthly revenue range, a website or LinkedIn link, existing tools and preferred meeting time are optional. Revenue information should be an indicative range only; do not send financial statements. An enquiry requests a conversation; it does not confirm a meeting booking.

What not to send

Use a high-level description for an initial discussion. Do not submit passwords, login credentials, bank statements, sensitive financial records, identity documents or confidential client documents through the public form. If a later engagement requires business records, we will agree on a suitable way to share them separately.

How enquiry information is used

Information submitted through the consultation form is used to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, assess whether the work is a suitable fit and discuss scope and meeting arrangements. The website does not create customer accounts, collect payments or operate a separate enquiry database.

Google and website hosting

Form responses are submitted to Google Forms for VinyaSutra to review. Google may process technical information and use cookies when you load or open its form. Its processing is described in Google’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

The hosting provider may process request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. The site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. A private review deployment may require hosting-platform access before the website can be viewed.

Access and retention

Enquiry responses are intended for the people handling your enquiry and any agreed engagement. Relevant service providers process information to deliver their services. Information should be kept only for the enquiry, any resulting engagement and applicable record-keeping obligations. The website does not run an automatic deletion process for Google Forms responses.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests

Contact vinyasutra@gmail.com to ask about information you have shared or request a correction or deletion. Include enough context to identify your enquiry; do not send passwords or identity documents with the initial request.

Business OS Studio demonstrations

Business OS Studio is a separate private application. This website displays selected screenshots of internal software demonstrations using fictional businesses. It has no connection to the Studio application or its database and provides no access to private workspaces or customer records.

Changes to this policy
